I needed a tire repaired and it was 345 pm. They close a 5pm. They couldn't fix it because they don't take anything in after 4. I said but it's not 4. He said well it will take a half hour to fix a tire and these guys have to put all these tires sitting outside, back inside. That's not my problem, you close at 5 then you should still do services till 5. I went next door to Discount tire, the tire was ruined so I needed a new one. It was time for new tires so I ended up buying 6 new tires for my pickup.

Had to make an emergency stop at Big O tires in Grand Island, Nebraska as the rental car I was driving had terrible front tires. The leadership team at Big O tires had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended as their customer service is top-notch.

The manager Lio Rivera is the best I have dealt with ever. We were traveling across the country from Florida and had an accident with the wheel falling off of our tow behind Jeep. Lio got us in the very next morning. Did the rotor repairs, Brake repairs everything and got us back on the road within 5 hours. I couldn't be more pleased. I owe him a great debt of gratitude. Give that man a raise

Justin and the team did a fantastic job with my travel trailer. I called up early in the morning, and they were able to fit me in. When I arrived, they jumped right on it it did a fantastic job replacing all the tires and getting everything put back together. As promised, they did it as soon as I arrived, since I had an 11-hour trip ahead of me. Thanks again for the quick and excellent service!
